You have the ability to pickup your photo order by going into the store, or selecting to use curbside pickup. You will see the option for curbside pickup when you receive your order ready email. Below are a list of frequently asked questions and answers regarding this service.

Q: What photo orders are available for this service?
A: Any items that are available to pickup in-store are available to use this service. At this time, ship to store and in-store kiosk orders are not available for curbside or drive thru pickup. You will need to enter the store to pickup those types of orders.

Q: How do I place my order to use this service?
A: You will place your order online or through the app as you normally would. You will see an option to pickup your order curbside when you receive your order ready email.

Q: How can I request curbside pickup for my photo order?
A: You will receive an email stating that your order is ready for pickup. Within that email, you will see a banner that you can click on to utilize the service. Once you click that banner, you will be required to enter your name, email, and phone number. You will also need to enter your credit card information and then submit the order. Once the store has pulled your order, you will receive a final email letting you know that it is ready for pickup.

Q: How does the store know I have arrived to pickup my order?
A: When you receive your final email letting you know that the store has pulled your order, there will be a link at the bottom to click on that states "I am here". You will need to click on that link and you will be required to select where you are picking up the order. Once you submit that information, you will see a confirmation page that the store will be bringing your order to you.

Q: Where do I pickup my order?
A: You will park in any available curbside parking spot at the store and the employee will bring your order out to you.

Q: Do I have to prepay for my photo order?
A: Yes, you have to prepay for your order. When you select to pickup your order via curbside, you will be required to provide your credit card number for the transaction. Please note that your credit card will not be charged until you have picked up your order. Additionally, you will not be entering your information into the photo website, rather you will enter the information in the curbside checkout flow.

Q: Can I add an alternate pickup person?
A: At this time, there isn't an option to add an alternative pickup person. But, don't worry! As long as the person picking up the order has the order # and the name of the order, they can pick the order up at the store.

Q: Will I receive a receipt for my purchase?
A: Yes! When the store employee brings the order to your vehicle, they will provide you with a receipt for the transaction.

Q: How do I earn myWalgreens rewards for my order?
A: In order to receive myWalgreens rewards for your photo order, you must enter the phone number attached to your myWalgreens account when you are entering your information during the curbside checkout process. Please note that if your myWalgreens phone number does not match your current phone number, we recommend that you call customer service at 855-225-9225 to have your account updated.

Q: Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
A: Unfortunately, you are not able to cancel a photo order once it has already been placed.

Q: What do I do if I am not satisfied with my order?
A: If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return to the store for a full refund. Refunds are only able to be completed inside of the store.

Q: I wasn't able to get to the store within 73 hours of requesting curbside/drive thru pickup for my order. What happens next?
A: Any photo orders that are not picked up will be placed in the photo department so that you can pick them up at a later date. If you would like to utilize the curbside feature again, you will need to locate the final order ready email and go through the process again of clicking the "I am here" link. Or, you can go into the store to pickup your order. If you purchased retail product items, they will be placed back on the shelves. As a reminder, you are not charged for curbside orders until you pick the items up in the store, so if you do not pickup your items within the 72 hour period, you will not be charged for your order.

Q: Can I add other items to my pickup order that aren't related to photo?
A: Yes! While you are in the checkout process for your photo order, you have the ability to add retail product items to your cart and can pick up those items when your entire order is ready for pickup.
