Q: How do I access my shopping cart?
A: Once you are logged into your account, click the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page.


Q: What fulfillment options are available to me?
A: We have several options to choose from to fulfill your order:
  • Instore Pickup: Many of our items can be ordered to pickup in a local Walgreens store. These orders are generally ready for pickup within 1 hour. For a full list of products available to pickup instore, click here.
  • Express Local Delivery: Any items that are available for same day pickup can be printed and shipped by your local store for a flat shipping fee. These orders generally take 1-3 days to arrive at your location. For more information on Express Local Delivery, click here.
  • Mail Order: These orders are printed and shipped by a third party vendor. Shipping fees do apply to these orders. Depending on the method of shipping you choose, orders can take up to 7 days to arrive after they are shipped.
  • Ship to Store: These orders are printed and shipped by a third party vendor. You can choose to ship your order to your local Walgreens store to pickup once the store receives the shipment. There is no shipping fee when shipping to a local store. For more information on ship to store, click here.

Q: Will my instore pickup order be ready the same day?
A: Most orders will be ready the same day. Please ensure you place your order 3 hours before the store closes. For more information about availability, contact your local store directly.


Q: When checking out, what forms of payment are accepted?
A: We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal when checking out online. Additionally, if you are picking up your order at the store, we accept cash, checks, and Walgreens Gift Cards. Please note that we do not accept credit cards from outside the United States.


Q: Why am I required to enter payment information for an instore pickup order?
A: For orders $35 and more, we require a credit card to secure your order. Your card will not be charged until you pickup your order at the store. You may also opt to change the payment method at the time of checkout in the store if you do not want the card you placed the order with to be charged.


Q: Is my method of payment charged immediately at the time I place an order?
A: Mail Orders, Ship to Store Orders, and Express Local Delivery orders are charged immediately after the order is placed. Instore pickup orders over $35 are not charged until they are picked up at the store.


Q: What is Order for a Friend?
A: Order for a Friend allows you to submit an order to a local Walgreens store for a friend to pickup. During checkout, if you check the Order for a Friend box, you will provide your billing information and your friend's name and contact information. Your friend will be notified when the order is ready for pickup. At the time of pickup, the order will be charged to the payment method you used during checkout.


Q: What is Photo Quick Pay?
A: Quick Pay allows you to attach a credit card to your instore order at the time of checkout. The credit card information is transmitted to the store with your order. When you arrive at the store, it is not required to have the credit card present to pay for the order, although we do recommend having the card in case of technical issues where the order does not transmit to the store. Please note that while using Quick Pay, you cannot purchase other items besides your photo order using that credit card unless you have the card present to pay for the additional items.


Q: What is Photo Curbside Pickup?
A: You have the ability to have your local store staff bring your photo order to your vehicle when you arrive for pickup. Curbside Pickup will be offered in the email you receive stating the order is ready for pickup. If you choose Curbside Pickup, you will be prompted to pay for your order before the store can bring it out to your vehicle. For additional information on Curbside Pickup, click here


Q: Where can my photo order be shipped to?
A: Your order can be shipped to any destination in the United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship photo order internationally.


Q: Can I place one order and have the items in my cart be shipped to different addresses?
A: All items in your cart must be shipped to one address. If you need items in your cart to be delivered to multiple locations, you will need to place multiple orders.


Q: Why is my estimated delivery time for my mail order showing to be a week away?
A: Mail orders require a processing time of up to 4 days before they are shipped to your destination. Once the order has shipped, shipping timeframe has to be accounted for.


Q: Will my mail order contain a receipt in the packaging?
A: Your mail order will contain a packing slip, but it will not have pricing displayed. The packaging will show Walgreens as the shipper.


Q: Where do I receive a receipt for my photo order?
A: The email confirmation you receive after placing your order serves as your receipt. You can also find a record of the order in your order history in your logged in photo account.


Q: Will I earn myWalgreens Cash on my photo order? ​​​​​​​
A: You can earn myWalgreens Cash on your instore photo purchases, including orders placed online to be picked up instore. At this time, photo orders that are shipped to you or to the store are not eligible to earn myWalgreens Cash Rewards.


Q: Can I redeem myWalgreens Cash on my photo order?
A: You can redeem myWalgreens Cash on your instore photo purchases, including orders placed online to be picked up instore. At this time, photo orders that are shipped to you or to the store are not eligible to redeem myWalgreens Cash.
